Kees Braam (1993) is a Dutch record producer, recording & mixing engineer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger and teacher. During his studies at the Rotterdam Conservatory he focussed on production, mixing, songwriting and arranging. He graduated in 2020. As both a keyboard player and drummer, Kees has played all over Europe in many projects and performed at notable venues and festivals over the years, including Lowlands, Zwarte Cross, Paaspop, Eurosonic Noorderslag, Bospop, Oerol, Trans Musicales, Paradiso, Paard van Troje, De Doelen, 2 Meter Sessies, DWDD, NPO Radio 2, NPO 3FM, NPO Radio 5, Radio Veronica and more.

His work as a producer, musician and songwriter can be heard on major media platforms on a regular basis: NPO Radio 2, NPO Radio 1, NPO 3FM, NPO Radio 5, Radio Veronica, Studio Brussel, VRT Radio 2, SBS and RTL, to name a few.

Besides his ever expanding love for playing multiple instruments, including keyboards, drums and guitars, Kees is hyper focussed on his work as a record producer and mixing engineer. Currently he works with many artists in different genres from Rotterdam based Deer Sound Studio, located in the heart of Europe’s largest port.

Kees has also been actively teaching drums, piano and guitar for over five years in the area of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Both privately and at schools. He is an enthusiastic photographer as well, and loves to travel the globe.
